Grants
Grant applications begin in mid-2027.
The Foundation is not accepting grant applications yet. This page explains what to expect and how to get in touch in the meantime.
Who the Foundation expects to fund
Organizations that get young people onto bikes.
Grants will support work aligned with the Foundation’s mission, with a focus on the communities where El Tour Bikes for Change operates: Tucson, Scottsdale, and Palm Springs.
- Learn-to-ride programs
- Safety and skills training
- Bike and helmet access
- School and community partnerships
- Pathways into continued riding

In the meantime
Tell us about your organization
If your organization works on youth cycling access and you want to be notified when applications open, send us your organization’s name, where you work, and a few sentences on what you do for young riders. We’ll add you to the list and reply when the process is published.
This is an inquiry, not an application. There is nothing to apply for yet.
What we’ll publish here
When applications open
This page will carry eligibility, what the Foundation funds, how to apply, and the timeline. Mid‑2027 is the board’s current expectation. If that changes, this page changes first.
Donors looking for ways to support youth cycling now can review ways to give.
