How we’re governed

The El Tour Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) public charity with its own board and its own books. It is a separate organization from El Tour America, the nonprofit that produces El Tour events; the two have different boards and different finances.

Governing documents, including our bylaws, are available on request.

Financial transparency

Financial documents will be posted here once available. In the meantime, you can request them through the contact page, and our treasurer will respond.

Questions about the Foundation’s status or structure? Ask us directly. Getting donors clear answers is part of the job.
